Katerina Botsari: Food for thought in restless times

“I’m currently planning my future projects which, even before the pandemic outbreak, were connected to public space. The lockdown however, has pushed me ever further to work outdoors. I think that in the most restless minds, it is food for thought. Their actual implementation will be the biggest challenge of all, and of course lack of communication and human contact.”

Katerina Botsari studied at Slade School of Fine Art, U.K and painting at the Athens School of Fine Art.
As an artist she attempts to reason with chaos in an honest and direct way. Her work is both a quest and a critique on individual and collective issues of everyday life that she tackles through a vast choice of medium.
